Alan Montgomery has a background in nuclear physics and is currently responsible for support of business and technical objectives in radiation sterilization.  He is a key contact to individual operating companies and serves as a project lead for the extended Sterilization Assurance team supporting product/process development & optimization, and validation of healthcare products.  Previously, he has taken a role on the Radiation Tiger Team that aims to bring J&J products to X-Ray processes.  Over the last eight years Alan has mentored more than 80 sterility assurance associates, internal and external, as part of a yearlong training program he initiated.  Alan is a subject matter expert in aspects of radiation processing and dosimetry with 15+ years of experience and is qualified as a Certified Health Physicist (CHP).
