Abstract: Durian is called king fruit that planted most of in Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. In order to export fresh durian to other countries, durian has to control the insect that follows phytosanitary condition. In this article, we study phytosanitary irradiation durian by electron beam 10 MeV and x-ray 5 MeV from IBA Rhodotron TT300 duo lines accelerator. The results show that durian was irradiated by electron beam at dose level from 500 Gy to 1000 Gy all insect cannot live after 5 days, and in case irradiated by x-ray at dose level from 300 Gy to 800 Gy all insect cannot live after 7 days. As this results, durian can be controlled so well phytosanitary by electron and x-ray irradiation from Rhodotron TT300 duo lines.
